Tutoring learners with SEND?
Working with learners who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities has its own challenges, but it's nothing to be afraid of. If your placement is in a dedicated SEND environment, your Regional Director will talk to you about what might go differently beforehand. You might also find yourself working with SEND learners in a mainstream setting.
