Ethan has developed great relationships with a wide range of students. Ethan is responsive to feedback which is great.

Grace is a huge part of the team and has developed really strong relationships with staff and students. Her sessions are well planned and though out. She is a pleasure to have as part of our SEND team.

Great set of skills and we're so fortunate to be able to have someone like Tom. He's absolutely brilliant.

Jason has been a great addition to our team. Hard working, resourceful, has established great relationships with staff and students. We've seem Improved student engagement in lessons.

Zahra has been amazing at just getting on with things. She fits in very well with the Team, and the YP really enjoy the support they receive and speak fondly of Zahra. We've noticed improved confidence, parental messages of support, improved TA grades.

Ktrena is an established member of the team, who will go above and beyond, be flexible and is prepared to lend her hand to anything. We couldn't have done this year without her.

Hifsa has grown in confidence over this term. She is independent, able to produce and deliver resources and is also good at linking in with teachers for support and to get updates on focus topics. She is building up good relationships with students.

Amy is more pro-active now that she has had more time to settle/get used to groups. She works well with individual students, gets on well with the students she works with, and always comes in with a really positive and upbeat attitude. Will get stuck into any task and makes a nice addition to the team. We've seen a correlation between sessions with Yipiyap and average lesson progress.
